Scott has almost 30 years of experience in the surveying industry, specialising in engineering surveys. Known for his practical expertise in data collection and set-out, he consistently delivers effective, client-focused solutions.
Scott holds a National Diploma in Surveying and is proficient with a range of instruments and software. Certified in SiteWise, PREQUAL/Tōkita Alternate and ConstructSafe, Scott is well-versed in Health and Safety practices, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and current industry standards. Trained as a NZTA Level 1 Site Traffic Management Supervisor, Scott regularly attends site inductions and toolbox meetings with clients to maintain safe and compliant work environments.

He is highly proficient with a range of surveying equipment and software, and is involved with a wide range of projects from large scale developments to simply setting out boundaries for a fence.

Melinda has been an integral part of the company since its inception offering administration support to the two Directors. Her key responsibilities include the overseeing of invoices and bills, admin, and health & safety support. She has also filled in as chain for Scott when required.
